I rarely write reviews but was so happy with my experience at JWO that I wanted to share it. I am overwhelmingly thrilled with the fabulous custom ring Heidi and Krist created for me!! It is exactly what I envisioned when I sketched the design for my 25th anniversary wedding ring. I'm a perfectionist so it took some time and research to find a jeweler that I felt comfortable would give me the personal service I wanted. I knew I had made the right choice as soon as I walked in the door. Heidi and Krist were wonderful to work with and incredibly patient with me in getting all the details just right. They are both delightful people and I enjoyed getting to know them through this process.

I found JWO after my fiancé searched for the perfect engagement ring throughout the metro area. I saw many beautiful rings during my search but none felt like "me."



With Heidi and Krist's knowledge and assistance, my fiancé and I designed the perfect ring together. I am in love with how beautiful it is and so extremely pleased with the process. Knowing that my fiancé and I did this together made this far more special than buying a ring "off the rack". When I originally thought of designing a custom ring I thought the process would be laborious and pretentious. It was anything but -- Heidi and Krist made the process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend their work.

I have found my jeweler for life professional, personal, prefect. This might be a long post but what I have received from JWO is way more than a ring and can't be summed up in 3 sentences.
I had my fiancé's engagement ring custom designed and crafted with JWO. What I expected was a ring what I got was nothing like I had seen before. When my fiancé shows it off everyone is impressed with the design, uniqueness and craftsmanship that has gone into every curve and stone of the ring. Krist (the jeweler) was involved through the entire process of the ring. He was able to design it from our thoughts and photos from every ring we had looked at. He then created a plastic mold of the ring to make sure it was exactly what we wanted in size, feel, shape, and dimension. Every time I would go back to see him I would be excited to see just what ideas and thoughts he had come up with. Seeing the ring from all stages was not only informative, but made a big decision of picking a ring for life that much more reassuring and I knew it was the perfect choice.
We have just finished custom designing our wedding bands with JWO and would never have gone anywhere else. I am looking forward to my next jewelry purchase just to see him and go through this entire process again. Who would have thought that designing and purchasing jewelry would be so much fun? - And now I can truly say that I have a friend in the diamond business… cheers mate.

So incredibly kind, helpful, and professional...I mean genuinely so kind!! These are just a few positive words to explain how Heidi and Krist at JWO Jewelers are and treat you!! They treat you like you are family and this was just my first time here!! After going to another jewelers, who took apart and wasn't able to fix my new watch's band, I had googled 'places around roswell where to get watches fixed' and JWO came up. I gave them a call and asked if they fix expandable watch bands and the sweet voice on the other end said yes, come on over. It was an hour before they were to close and I headed over. When I walked in, they were so friendly! Krist took an hour to help fix the watch band and was able to fix it and put it together perfectly!!! It doesn't even look like work was done on it...he did such a fantastic job...he is so talented!! And the price I was charged was less than expected and far, far beyond fair!! I highly recommend this family business!! 🙂

I have been a customer since his father had their jewelry store in Roswell (under other name at the corner of Alpharetta highway and Holcomb Bridge).

After his father retired, Kris took the jewelry family business into another level of jewelry making and designing as JWO jewelers. He is an amazing jeweler, always going far and beyond to please customer's expectations. The partnership between Kris and his sister Heidi, is an added bonus to the outstanding customer service offered by both at JWO...my favorite and trusted jewelry store.

I have worked with this family-owned store for many years. They have built me several rings and always expertly done. Recently they designed a ring to augment an antique family ring which was a difficult task. It came out amazing!

I love those two! Heidi and Krist. Where can you go to get experts that are brother and sister, that came up in the business? I loved their attention to detail and the patience and of course their awesome jewelry collection.

I love the people, the customer service, the talent for custom jewelry and the kind personalities. Kris and Heidi take the their time to understand what you really want. OMG, I never thought this type of business still exists in 2016. I am 47 and have been divorced for 20 years. I am recently engaged to be married again and though excited... Traditional rings and ceremony skips my mind. In other words I need custom custom custom. I met Krist through one of my dear clients Art Mancino. I love that the sky is the limit and that he is a true artist. He can create anything within reason and I am opting for his Von Hoch Honoring .. Wedding Band Design Line. It is awesome and allows for unique one of a kind design

Krist help my husband and I come up with our dream wedding bands! He was so patient and sent us multiple ideas. Also it was not convenient for us to go in person to review and he was awesome when it came to coordinating and payment. We get so many compliments on our rings (especially my husbands, it has my name built right into the design) and I tell everyone to go see him!
